All sales are final. Because our products are instant digital downloads, we can't accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been delivered.

If a download link doesn't work or a file won't open, email us at thewizardofsales@gmail.com and we'll send you a working copy right away.

If you were charged twice for the same item, or we're unable to deliver a working file, we'll refund that purchase. Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days, not counting Shabbos, Sundays, or Yom Tov.
